1、利用專(zhuān)用的故障檢測儀（博世KTS510F 深圳元征X—431）

2、專(zhuān)用診斷儀診斷連接線(xiàn)口目前有兩種：一種是長(cháng)方形的，16針接線(xiàn)（國際標準）。另一種是圓形的。其中，圓形的診斷接口是各汽車(chē)廠(chǎng)家普遍采用的，圓形的診斷接口通常是3條線(xiàn)連線(xiàn)：1是正極，2是負極，8是診斷通訊線(xiàn)，并且與控制單元ECU的K25是對應引腳線(xiàn)。如果連接專(zhuān)用診斷儀后，不能建立診斷通訊，要詳細檢查診斷接口K8引腳線(xiàn)的通訊狀態(tài)，如果K8不能建立診斷通訊，說(shuō)明K8引腳線(xiàn)出現開(kāi)路、短路的現象，可以直接從控制單元ECU的K25引出連線(xiàn)，并且從整車(chē)的主繼電器引出正極和負極，并與專(zhuān)用診斷儀的K8、1、2相連，即可診斷故障。

3、在進(jìn)入讀取故障碼的存儲模塊以后，首先要刪除一下控制單元ECU故障碼。

4、因為控制單元ECU的故障編碼有時(shí)是虛擬的，只要刪除一下，原來(lái)虛擬的故障碼就不存在了。剩下的故障碼就是當前存在的真實(shí)故障碼。
